Jams and Jars

We are very lucky that we live close to countryside and have an allotment. We often have an abundance of fruit, vegetables and foraged goodness and what better way to keep it for longer than preserving it. Our favourites are either dehydrated to make powders or meals, jams, honeys and cordials as well as stewed fruit and alcohols. All of them are simple and all are delicious!
