Breakfasts

Breakfasts are often a tough transition for new vegans. We often associate bacon and eggs or cereal and milk with breakfast and it can often be hard to navigate new ideas! However you can have anything you like for breakfast! I love mushrooms on toast on a weekend with spring onions, tomatoes or even some asparagus. On a busy work morning a toasted English Muffin with some avocado or a smoothie can be a great go to. Here you will find some ideas to help you start your day right!
